Come to Calvary Nob Hill in the Lobo Theater as The Collective presents our first play! The Bell of Alameda is an original, one-act play about family, marriage, love, and lots of rain. It's based on an actual event that occurred in Albuquerque: a flood that washed out a church along the Rio Grande. With all that has transpired this year (flooding, changing marriage laws, and the breakdown of the family), this unique play upholds a biblical worldview. Join us Thursday, November 14, or Friday, November 15, at 7:30 pm or on Saturday, November 16, at 2 pm. Admission is free.
The Collective is a consortium of Christian artists, filmmakers, musicians, dancers, and writers gathering to honor Christ by highlighting work that challenges the status quo of our culture, infusing it with a Christian worldview and a thoughtful, creative alternative.
