Global Adventures is the missions department of Calvary Albuquerque.
Global Adventures exists to facilitate the fulfillment of God's mission plan for Calvary Albuquerque through church planting, commissioning, and sending full-time missionaries.
We also provide the body with an opportunity to serve in support of the local and global mission fields through short-term mission trips.
We believe serving God is an adventure, and it is with this philosophy that we approach going into all the world to make disciples for Jesus Christ.
Join Global Adventures as we “go into all the world and preach the gospel” (Mark 16:15) with exciting opportunities to share the gospel and love of Jesus Christ.
During our trips we use a variety of methods to minister the gospel. Training is provided before each trip so that everyone can be involved in ministry. Training includes:
• Preparing and conducting Bible studies
• Conducting seminars and events
• Friendship/street evangelism
• Using sports in ministry
• Children's programs
• Construction
Certain trips require individuals with special skills and licenses such as contractors, medical/dental personnel, artists, and athletes.
The cost of each trip includes training, travel, lodging, meals, and ministry supplies. Unless otherwise specified, trips are for adults 18-years-old and up.
