Our objective is to assist new couples in identifying and developing their strengths so they can enter into a lifetime commitment of marriage based upon a strong, biblical foundation.
Couples seeking to get married at Calvary must be engaged for at least three months and need to have been attending Calvary consistently for six months before beginning the pre-marital process.
The process for getting married at Calvary is as follows:
Step 1: Pre-Marital In-take Meeting with Wedding Ceremony Coordinator Kileen McNutt-Sanchez. The in-take meeting is usually an informal conversation handled over the phone.
Step 2: Appointment with a Calvary Pastor. Call Calvary to schedule this two-hour appointment. Couples will complete a pre-marital questionnaire before meeting with the pastor.
Step 3: If the pastor approves the couple for marriage, they will then be placed in the next available pre-marital class.
Step 4: The pre-marital class is once a week for six weeks and is mandatory. The engaged couple will be in a class with an assigned mentoring couple.
Step 5: Upon successful completion of the class and mentor recommendation, the couple will meet with the Wedding Ceremony Coordinator to begin making arrangements.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call our Wedding Ceremony Coordinator, Kileen McNutt-Sanchez.
