Homebound/Hospital Visitation
Volunteers in this ministry visit individuals who are either hospitalized or homebound because of illness or injury. Visits are made at the request of the patient or close relative. We provide follow-up visits on a case-by-case basis to ensure that all physical and spiritual needs are being met. We are also committed to visiting individuals who are homebound because of a debilitating condition, terminal illness, or injury.
The primary goal of the ministry is to share the life-saving Word of God with non-believers and to minister to believers as they walk with the Lord during their illness. As time and manpower permits, our secondary goal is to assist in meeting other needs, such as providing companionship and running errands.
