Calvary Celebrates God's Grace at Thanksgiving Banner Service

At our Thanksgiving Banner Service on Wednesday, November 23, we were excited to celebrate all that God has done for us. The service began with uplifting worship with Battledrums, and we enjoyed a special video as individuals from our congregation described what they are thankful for. Pastor Skip gave a brief devotional challenging us to be thankful and bless the Lord even in our trials. Pastor Jason Mills and his family then led us in our annual banner parade as individuals, families, and Connect Groups displayed banners that showed what they are thankful for. After the service, we had a great time of fellowship as we enjoyed pie in the Hub.

Christmas Toy Drive

The Lord demonstrated His great love to us by sending hope in the gift of Jesus Christ. We can demonstrate our love for Him by helping make Christmas special for less fortunate children in our community. Place new, unwrapped toys in the large gift box located in the east foyer. Toys will be distributed in the name of Jesus to children in our community. The deadline is Wednesday, December 21.
