Shepherd's School is located on the campus of Calvary of Albuquerque and is a twelve-month program for men that are called to either church planting or pastoralship.
Our vision is to train and equip men whom God has called in both Pastoral Ministry and Church Planting.
Upreach (Matthew 22:37)
Worship: Loving God is Man's hightest calling.
Inreach (Matthew 22:38-39)
Edification: Building up the body of Christ through the proper use of spiritual gifts.
Outreach (Mark 16:15, Acts 1:8)
Evangelism: Reaching the lost for the glory of God through the love of Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Each student is required to have completed formal Bible training by either a recognized bible college or a reputable school of ministry. If you have not met the pre-requisites, you can take classes at Horizon College online. Specific courses that need to be completed before attending Shepherd's School are as follows: Apologetics, Old Testament Survey, New Testament, Church History, Theology, Biblical Counseling.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, Wednesday Service: 7:00 PM
Ten hours a week - four weekend services
Hermeneutics and Homiletics: Multiple classes geared toward training the student to master the art and science of Biblical Interpretation and Biblical Preaching.
Languages: Greek and Hebrew.
Libronix Bible Software Seminars: A Libronix representative will teach this Bible software program in two seminars.
Pastoral Ministry: Study of the business and administration aspects of ministry, In addition, students recieve training in practical ministry tasks, such as weddings, funerals, baptisms, hospital visitation, and staff election.
Practical Ministry Training: Ten hours a week in supervised practical ministry.
Theology: Multiple courses designed to provide an in-depth examination of both Integrative Theology and Theological systems.
