Purpose:
Children’s Ministries is the teaching ministry from nursery -5th grade. If you have a heart for the Lord and hands to serve, we would love to have you part of our ministry team. We will train and equip you with everything you need to teach the word of God to His little lambs.
Purpose:
The traffic control teams serve the church body by directing the flow of traffic in the parking lot to ensure the safety of drivers and pedestrians. Volunteer teams work Sunday mornings every other weekend on a rotating basis.

Purpose:
The Usher Ministry plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, worshipful environment at all services. Ushers assist with greeting and welcoming church members and visitors into the sanctuary, and helping them to find seats, as needed. Ushers also help maintain order during the service, by quietly directing late comers to available seating. Following the service, the usher ministry is responsible for picking up bulletins in the sanctuary.
If you are a friendly, helpful person who likes to share the Love of Jesus, consider using your gifts in the Usher Ministry.
Responsibilities:
An essential function of this ministry is to provide genuine hospitality while offering assistance and guidance in a gracious, courteous and caring manner. Usher/Greeters ensure order is maintained throughout service, turn in items to Lost and Found, collect bulletins and/or trash left behind in the sanctuary.
Desired Results / Expectations:
People are welcomed to Calvary and made to feel loved as Jesus loves us. Maintain a worshiping environment during the message.
Purpose:
Spanish Translator for services.
Responsibilities:
Translate English to Spanish
Purpose:
To ensure that all the information recorded by the phone worker is legible and correct according to the nation's data bases.
Responsibilities:
To match names and addresses recorded on the phone worker's information sheet with the nation's data bases.
Desired Results / Expectations:
To send accurate information gathered each night to the BGEA headquarters for more processing and follow-up with each phone caller.
Purpose:
Albuquerque is one of ten phone centers across the US and Canada that are open every 3 months (March, June, September, & December) for one week at a time. Our Purpose is to allow the Holy Spirit to use us to lead people who call into the phone center to Jesus Christ. Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls during and after a Billy Graham Evangelistic television broadcast and follow directions given by the ministry leader.

To lead people to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and bring hope and peace to the caller through prayer.
Purpose:

Responsibilities:
A. To interface with the teaching teams to provide support and materials needed to effectively run their class.
B. To encourage and pray for members of the teaching teams.
C. Acquaint yourself with the curriculum, resource materials and supplies available to the teaching teams.

Purpose:
Children’s Ministries is the teaching ministry from nursery -5th grade. We have teaching opportunites for 2 years old to 5th grade.
Responsibilities:
A. To greet each child as they arrive, check them off on the attendance roster, give them a name tag and direct them to the activity in progress.
B. To welcome visitors and help to make them feel comfortable by answering any questions they may have.
C. To encourage and pray for other members of your team and the children in your class.

B. To encourage personal and spiritual growth among students.
Purpose:
To faithfully and accurately interpret teaching.
Responsibilities:
To serve the deaf community by being available twice a month to accurately interpret the Sunday 9:30AM service and after service counseling if required.
Desired Results / Expectations:
To be the hand's of Christ by faithfully serving the deaf community in providing an accurate translation of the service.
Purpose:
To teach men and women in the county jail biblical sound doctrine.
Responsibilities:
to teach and organize Bible Studies in different areas in the BCMDC jail

To ground and root the people in the facility
Purpose:
Assisting and praying with new believers and individuals rededicating their lives to the Lord. Will assist individuals learn and grow their Christian faith.
Responsibilities:
Meeting the needs of people rededicating their life's to the Lord. Counselors prepared for altar calls will provide prayer, biblical counseling and assist pastors as requested. After Service Prayer Counselor will also contact new believers as a means of follow-up, attend special functions as requested, assist in training new members and help coordinate events. Counselors also attend general and leadership meetings as requested.
Desired Results / Expectations:
A group counselors who, after an altar call, will meet with individuals who have came forward and dedicated or rededicated their lives to the Lord. Counselors will provide prayer, direction and information regarding their new found faith in Christ Jesus. Specifically, individuals will be given a packet providing information that will assist new believers start studying the bible. In addition, individuals will be encouraged to register for First Steps and/or Foundations classes, as well as become involved with Calvary Group Ministries.
Purpose:
As outlined in our mission statement: Our goal is to bring the love of Jesus to the elderly living in nursing homes throughout the city.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibility would be to come to a nursing home of your choice that we serve at and to help the Leaders in a variety of ways such as sitting with the residents, hugs, holding hands and possibly bringing the snack or Communion elements. Maybe you can help wheeling in residents to the study or whatever task the Coordinator may give you.

To bring the saving Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to seniors and to encourage the believers and to be the good witness to the nursing home staff and the resident's families.
Purpose:
As outlined in our mission statement our goal is to bring the love of Jesus to the elderly living in nursing homes throughout the city.
Responsibilities:
To lead a Bible study, and or hold Church services/provide Communion, worship etc.
Desired Results / Expectations:
To bring the saving Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to seniors and to encourage the believers and to be the good witness to the nursing home staff and the resident's families.
Purpose:
As outlined in our mission statement: Our goal is to bring the love of Jesus to the elderly living in nursing homes throughout the city. We serve the residents in many capacities one of which is the One-on-One Visitation Ministry.
Responsibilities:
To share the love of Christ while visiting a particular nursing home of your choice. Ideally, have a schedule to permit weekly or bi-weekly visitation.
Desired Results / Expectations:
To share the love of Jesus with the Non-believer and to encourage the believer.
Purpose:
To cover services and staff in prayer.
Responsibilities:
Show up at each service time in prayer room and pray.

To pray for our leaders and our church needs.
Purpose:
Chat room moderator 15 minutes prior to service and 15 minutes after service. Men only. 1 Timothy 2:12
Purpose:
Supporting the Body of Christ by serving and helping other ministries.
Responsibilities:
Joyfully serve the Lord by fulfilling a need. Specific tasks include, but not limited to providing courteous assistance at merchandise tables, set up and tear down of events.

To be available on an as needed basis.
Purpose:
To help others live a life pleasing to God using the process of judging self (self-confrontation.)
Responsibilities:
Under the guidance and supervision of the Lead Discipler, Trainee will prayerfully evaluate assigned homework offering encouragement and correction, be available for assigned students and meet with Lead Discipler weekly for personal evaluation and encouragement.
Desired Results / Expectations:
Training for Discipleship in Step by Step Ministry
Purpose:
Salvation of souls. To counsel inmates regarding their personal and family struggles using biblical truths.
Responsibilities:
Weekly trip to MDC with other Step by Step Ministry volunteers for teaching and counseling. Use scriptural principals to show inmates God's way compared to man’s way. Will advise biblically and pray with them according to Biblical principles.
Desired Results / Expectations:
Counsel and pray with individual prisoners or small groups about their life situation. Instruct in biblical principles as provided in Self Confrontation Training.
Purpose:
To provide a loving and fun atmosphere for children to learn more about God, our savior Jesus, and the Bible.
Responsibilities:
To lead or assist with a small group of children in an established curriculum during the morning Women's Bible Study.
Desired Results / Expectations:
Children of all ages would grow in their knowledge of Jesus Christ and would have a deeper relationship with Him, and have fun doing it!
Purpose:

Responsibilities to include listening, discipling, biblical counseling, encouraging, praying, making weekly calls, explaining the purpose of the course and assigned homework. In addition will assisting in the set-up and break-down of the meeting room.

Weekly meetings to disciple those struggling with the life dominating sin of drugs and alcohol addiction by helping them to understand this problem from a biblical perspective. Assisting people to initiate and maintain a loving, obedient relationship with Christ.
Purpose:
To teach the counseled to live a life worthy of God and to help him/her understand the complete sufficiency of God's Word for every circumstance of life not just the one they are struggling with. Also to teach them to judge self and experience victory in the power of God's Word in their lives.
Responsibilities:
The accurate imparting of God's Word and encouraging through God's Word. To include the loving exhortation of the counseled to become a doer of God's Word. Counselor will also keep in contact with counseled, via the telephone, throughout the week. Maintain leadership advised of progress of Counseled.

Biblical/Counseling Discipleship
Purpose:
Passionate about serving the LORD and this church. Making it more productive and effective in ministry through the use of databases. Detail oriented. Extremely organized. Multi-tasker, willing to give of themselves. Must have the desire to give several hours of their week anytime during M-F 8-5. Must be able to learn new systems and be a quick learner.
Purpose:
To provide assistance on Wednesday's or Saturday's before and after service at the front desk. To answer questions, phone calls, give directions, and locate ministry information. Must have people skills and a friendly, uplifting attitude.
Purpose:
The Special Needs Ministry is looking to bless and support the families with special needs youth (ages 13-17) by providing a Saturday Night Youth Group Service for their children. They will be meeting in room M07 on Saturday Nights @ 6:30PM.
